Meet Our Chief Hive Officer

Hello! I’m Kathi Dutton, Founder and Chief Hive Officer at MindHive Strategic Partners. For more than 20 years, I built and led people functions inside PE/VC-backed startups and large enterprise organizations. I coached leaders, developed teams, and built HR infrastructures from the ground up. On paper, it looked ideal! I was shaping workplaces and helping people succeed.
